The scan did not read my receipt correctly

1. Place the receipt flat in good, even light.
2. Keep the whole document in frame and avoid glare.
3. Review every suggested field before saving.
4. Correct the retailer, date, or duration manually when needed.

Text recognition provides suggestions. It does not confirm your legal rights or the legal duration of any warranty.

I did not receive a reminder

1. Open iOS Settings → Notifications → CertiKeep.
2. Allow notifications and check your Focus settings.
3. In CertiKeep, open the warranty and check its end date and selected reminder.
4. If the deadline has passed or is too close, choose a valid future date.

Where are my receipts stored?

Records, images, and recognised text are stored locally in the app’s space on your device. The version described here does not require an account or claim to provide cloud sync.

How do I delete my data?

Delete an individual warranty from its detail screen or the list. To erase all local records, delete the app from the device. Subscription transaction history processed by Apple and RevenueCat follows their own retention requirements; read our privacy policy.

How do I restore CertiKeep Pro?

Open the paywall or app settings, then choose “Restore Purchases” while signed into the same Apple account used for the purchase. A new purchase should not be required. If access does not return, include your app version and a description of the issue—never send payment-card details.

Does CertiKeep provide legal advice?

No. Suggested dates and durations must be checked against your document, the retailer, and the rules that apply to you. CertiKeep organises the information you confirm.
